Rooted in the divine inspiration of Lord Krishna's flute, the foundation believes that music is not merely an art form — it is a powerful medium of healing, unity, and empowerment.

Sur Sarathi Foundation is a Section 8 company, established not for profit-making but with the objective of serving society and promoting cultural and spiritual values. All income and profits received or earned by the foundation are utilized solely for fulfilling the objectives for which the organization was established.

The organization is certified under 80G, which allows donors to avail tax deductions on their income tax. The foundation is also registered under 12A, enabling it to benefit from various government schemes and making it authorized to accept financial support (funding) from companies under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
